Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical
Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding
clinical information from the Operations and Medical Management
teams
Partner with various staff and departments on provider education
and outreach, identifying gaps and developing education efforts
Implement and manage procedures for tracking and resolving
operational issues between the provider network, community, and
facility
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health or Graduate
from an Accredited School of Nursing
4-6 years of related experience providing behavioral health
outpatient care
Active and valid licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or
RN
Experience with assessment of treatment plans related to mental
health and substance abuse
Familiarity with managed care, case management, utilization
management, or quality improvement
