Employee Health Registered -Nurse (RN) -needed for a full-time -temporary -contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa Monica, CA. This position is to cover the Employee Health Department for at least 3 months with potential for extension. -Clinic assists with medical screenings for new and existing employees. -Shifts are Monday-Friday, typically 7:30am - 4:00pm. - Top Skills You Should Possess:

• Active/unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of California
• Minimum three (3) years' experience as a Nurse preferred
• Preferred: -previous experience in at least one of the following: Occupational/Employee Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Primary Care, School Nursing, Corrections, and/or Family Medicine
• Recent clinical experience and comfortable with drawing blood What You'll Be Doing:
  • Nursing assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns
  • Provide health promotion and wellness materials/information
  • Provide medical testing such as EKGs, phlebotomy, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, vision and hearing screening and perform limited interpretation of tests
  • TB (PPD) testing
  • Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) and Respirator Fit Testing (RFT)
  • Maintain employee health records for the entire facility
  • Answer phones and assist with questions
  • Administer vaccinations What You Need to Bring to the Table:
    • BLS certified
    • Computer savvy (including prior EMR use)
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
    • Immunization/titer records for: MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Varicella, and Hep B series
    • TB (PPD) test from within the last 90 days or QuantiFeron Gold within the last yearWhat's In It For You?
