Description Navigator RN - Breast Center at Saint Johns Health Center in Santa, Monica, CA. this is a full-time, day position that will work 10-hour shift. Under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager, the RN Navigator coordinates cancer patient care and acts as a patient advocate. This includes monitoring patients through screening/diagnostic evaluation, assisting them with navigation through healthcare systems, providing education and emotional care supportive to or restorative of life and well-being, and identification and support in the development of programs and services to enhance patient care and support. The RN Navigator also provides education for general surgery patients. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. • Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 3 years Clinical nursing experience as Registered Nurse Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Upon hire: Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
  • 3 years Outpatient experience in a healthcare setting
