Position: Physical Therapist Location: Santa Monica, CA Job type: Full Time/Part Time Payrate: $60 - $65 per hour Shift: Mon - Fri (Flexible hours) Responsibilities: Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical limitations or impairments. Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs. Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any changes in status. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care. Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Physical Therapy or related field (preferred) 1-3 years of experience working as a licensed physical therapist Current CPR certification (preferred) Experience with electronic medical records preferred Ability to handle physical workload Knowledge of the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
