to the Associate Chief/Manager/Director of Research for Pharmacy
Services, you will coordinate and supervise department programs in
order to facilitate the provision of outstanding patient care. This
will include initiation, monitoring, and auditing of all
investigational drug studies while ensuring compliance with
institutional, federal, and state regulatory guidelines. You will:
* Handle staff supervision, hiring, training, assessment, and
discipline * Oversee clinical programming related to
investigational studies * Ensure adherence to department budgets *
Review the purchasing and utilization of personnel resources *
Cultivate a collegial, professional, cooperative working
environment * Demonstrate effective, innovative problem solving *
Adapt to the challenges of a rapidly changing health care
environment * Promote a patient-centric focus for treating illness
with integrity, innovation, and commitment Annual Salary Range:
$109,200 - $275,400QualificationsWe're seeking a strong,
independent clinical leader with current California Pharmacy
licensure, a PharmD degree and: * Three or more years of research
experience * Excellent communication, interpersonal,
organizational, and prioritizing skills * Ability to understand and
interpret current scientific literature * Named one of the top
hospitals in the nation by U.S. News & World Report, UCLA Health

primary/specialty care practices and urgent care centers throughout
Southern California as well as the David Geffen School of Medicine.
