Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the customer service team, including training
and handling escalations
Own customer service tools and channels, ensuring operational
excellence
Monitor and report on customer experience metrics and lead
continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant customer experience (CX) experience
Expertise in Gorgias, Shopify, Loop, and Klaviyo
Experience leading a team of CX professionals
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
Creative and innovative mindset with a willingness to test new
ideas
