Key Responsibilities
Oversee digital acquisition channels, including paid search,
social, SEO, and email
Create marketing plans that balance short-term and long-term
objectives
Drive organic and paid social media strategies that enhance
engagement and ROI
Required Qualifications
3+ years of people leadership experience required
5+ years of experience driving DTC ecommerce growth required
Ecommerce experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
required
Well-versed with PPC, SEO, and social media marketing required
Experience overseeing paid media budgets of $1M or more
required
