Job Description:

A mission-driven nonprofit organization in Santa Monica, CA, serving at-risk youths is seeking an LCSW Program Manager to oversee a team of case managers. This position primarily involves intensive mobile case management and regular communication with community stakeholders, including schools, probation officers, and various community-based organizations. The LCSW Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the team provides high-quality support to at-risk youth, fostering their growth, resilience, and successful reintegration into their communities. Pay Range: $75, 000 - $80, 000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and management of 6 case managers
• Maintain and manage client case files and resources efficiently using the Apricot system
• Conduct weekly supervision meetings with the Director of Programs, providing updates on caseloads, client goals, and case management issues
• Facilitate and participate in academic and skill-building workshops for youth
• Ensure compliance with all required trainings and certifications
• Attend networking events and serve as an ambassador to promote the organization's mission and services Requirements:
  • Master s Degree in Social Work with a valid CA LCSW license
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a program manager with supervisory responsibilities
  • Experience in delivering individual and group supervision with ACSWs, MSW interns, Case Managers, and staff with lived experience
  • Proven track record of working with at-risk youth, including foster youth and/or formerly incarcerated youth
  • Class C Driver s License, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Benefits:
