They will be part of a Project team on large construction projects ranging form $10M to $35M each and will be the main point of contact on Projects ranging from $2M to $8M. The Senior Project Manager will interact with Clients and coordinate with all parties on the Project. They have extensive experience with high-end custom residential projects.Responsibilities Play a critical role in the company and manage several projects at once Work closely with an Executive Project Manager on some projects and manage all aspects of other projects Interact with Clients and all parties involved in the project Serve as liaison between vendors and stake holders on the project Identify the most critical issues facing each project and be able to address and solve Accurate review of financial data and reporting to the stakeholdersInterested in hearing more?
