Our continued product innovation, most recently with SimplyCodes, requires equally daring content strategies to tell compelling stories in the e-commerce world. Were looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Manager / Influencer who is a native mover on TikTok to share in our passion for building world-class user experiences.What Youll Be Doing:

  • Manage and update the social editorial calendar to reflect Demand.ios marketing strategy and communications priorities
  • Create, post, and share high-quality, compelling, and relevant content about Demand.ios products/offerings via social media channels, especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook (focused on short-form content)
  • Develop creative and innovative media (such as graphics and videos) to promote events, campaigns, and programs
  • Design social media toolkits to engage users in amplifying our programs and campaigns
  • Monitor social media accounts and interact with users
  • Collect and review data to gauge and/or improve the effectiveness of social media strategies
  • Research and evaluate paid digital media opportunities to increase the visibility of Demand.ios programs and campaigns
  • Work with MarComm to ideate and execute Instagram strategy and copy for consumer campaigns and targeted audience consumer programs (design, creatives, Gen Z)
  • Research relevant influencer insights toward our target audience (and build relationships with those influencers)
  • Stay informed of the social media space and emerging content trends, monitoring for conversations, activities, and developments that may serve as opportunities
  • Lead the ideation and implementation of other social media strategies to help achieve our bottom-line goals
  • Keep the growing community up to date with the latest developments from the brand(s).What Youll Bring:
    • 3-5 years experience in Social Media and Influencers
    • Deep knowledge and experience building and executing campaigns across the following platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook
    • Advanced experience in copywriting, adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice
    • Proven body of work and experience with working with social-first influencers and content creators for large-scale and bespoke brand collaborations
    • A passion for pop culture and trends
    • Working knowledge and familiarity with social listening and influencer management tools i.e.Along with your application, please include an example of your work with a brands profile on TikTok and briefly detail your role, creative process, objectives, and results while growing the channel.About Marketing at Demand.ioAt, we look to set the bar for exceptional user experience and design in the products that genuinely transform the way people buy and socialize.       • Starting annual compensation: $80K - $130K
