A majority of Ecommerce traffic is on a mobile device now; we turn these users into high retention growth for some of the largest brands, including Fashion Nova, Pier 1, Chubbies, Brandy Melville, and many more. We are hiring a Chief Operating Officer to help us row the boat faster! This leader will have an immediate impact on our team and growth. In this impactful, strategic role, you will work closely with the CEO and executive team to create and implement the strategic direction of the company's long-term business model and revenue growth trajectory. You will be a natural leader, who will apply experience and understanding of Enterprise SaaS, and the best practices to scale and lead the growth of the company. You will lead the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Partnerships teams at Tapcart. The founder and CEO, Eric Netsch, is a seasoned entrepreneur who encourages his executive team to be open-minded and innovative. He wants a partner that will believe in what Tapcart is today and what the company can achieve. You will be a member of an already experienced management team in an open and supportive environment. What you'll do

• You'll work directly with the CEO to build a multi-year strategic vision of the company that we can communicate to our team, investors and the market.
• You'll build a repeatable framework to keep departments accountable to goals and key initiatives
• You'll oversee Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Partnerships teams to run day-to-day operations and long term revenue growth
• You'll help establish tone and procedures that promote company culture and vision
• You will contribute to pricing/packaging models and expansion strategies. You'll contribute to a plan and make hard decisions necessary to improve key metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Cash Burn.About you:
  • You have a proven history of operating at a SaaS company where you owned the entire top-line revenue number between $50 - $150M ARR.
  • High velocity systems design and SaaS business modeling comes second nature to you
  • You have high emotional intelligence and self-awareness, and encourage positive energy and passion throughout the organization
  • You leads with confidence, integrity, and accountability; has the presence, passion, and energy to inspire others to be their best version of themselves
  • You are a highly motivated team player with a mature, positive attitude, and passion to meet the challenges and opportunities of a metrics-driven growth business
