Stewarding Manager
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen
and other food & beverage outlets. Manage stewarding
department.

- Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000 USD Gross Annually
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job
functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Direct staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the back of the
house areas
- Maintain the inventory and coordinate the distribution of all big
four items: china, glassware, linen and silver
- Control the equipment storage areas and the issuance of equipment
for the food service department.
- Make sure daily departmental needs are met based on business
needs
Your experience and skills include:
- Must have prior management experience
- Prior hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in
writing
- Ability to visually inspect cleanliness
- Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for long
periods of time, eight hours or more continuously perform essential
job functions.
- Excellent organizational skills
