About the Role: The BI Manager, RxSaver will be responsible for driving the analytical work to support the RxSaver business line. In this role, you will interface with our pharmacy, marketing, product, finance and client support teams to help drive results and operational efficiency. You will develop a deep understanding of our core product offering, future initiatives, funnel performance, and our customer base while supporting this portion of our business. This role will report to the Senior Director, Business Intelligence. An ideal candidate will have strong executive presence with the ability to lead cross-functional meetings, as well as a strong mix of both technical skills and the ability to drive strategic thinking. We are looking for someone with strong analytical chops, the ability to dive deep into data, and a knack for effectively communicating their findings and recommendations to senior management. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a key consultant with cross-functional internal leaders & external partners in areas such as Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Product. You will develop analytical frameworks and insights to support strategic decisions and help expand a high-growth sales channel. Responsibilities:

  • Become familiar with business challenges and technologies and act as a trusted advisor for both internal & external stakeholders. -
  • Serve as the analytical liaison to Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance to expand the footprint of a key-growth area in 2023 and beyond
  • Build analytical & strategic frameworks that size business opportunities and define success metrics to inform decision making and strategic planning
  • Develop operational & executive dashboards, reports, and tools to help monitor program growth and track results of recommendations
  • Partner with data/eng team to develop backend data sources that fuel reporting and query optimization -
  • Monitor the day-to-day pulse of the business, including traffic, coupon views, and user claims. Can identify patterns or areas of opportunity to improve performance.Skills & Qualifications:
    • 5+ years experience in an analytical role
    • High SQL, Excel, and Power Point proficiency
    • Dashboarding and data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
    • Experience with Salesforce
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
    • Strong executive presence and ability to synthesize data into insights at a high level
    • Experience with big data, planning
    • Ability to influence cross-functional partners by leveraging data and insights
