JOB SCOPE: IT Media (itmedia.xyz) is an XYZ company and we looking for an analytical and strategic thinker to help grow our portfolio of fintech brands including PersonalLoans.com, eMortgage.com, and SBA.com. The Account Manager is responsible for successfully cultivating and optimizing a fintech advertiser book of business, in addition to prospecting and building new advertiser relationships.MAJOR JOB DUTIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each major duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Maintain and grow strong collaborative business relationships.Access and analyze data to identify gaps that lead to specific insights about client marketing opportunities.Work to proactively identify unfulfilled client needs and recommend solutions to meet those needs.Provide solutions that assist clients and IT Media in meeting their targets and goals. Identify and troubleshoot performance issues.Facilitate regular check-in meetings with clients to build the relationship and ensure growth.Prospect new clients to onboard onto our platform. Work with developers to improve system functionality. Run and analyze a variety of reports to assist in the day-to-day handling of accounts.Work cohesively with the publisher team to improve traffic quality.Attend conferences and trade shows to represent IT Media.

Requirements:
MINIMUM EDUCATION: A.A. or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:2-5 years of experience in client management in online marketing or business development.Must be extremely comfortable with numbers and proficient in Excel to analyze data.Must be able to quickly grasp the key drivers of the business, be comfortable with multi-tasking, and can independently prioritize tasks. Effective communication, relationship-building, and partner management experience are also desired.Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment with the ability to think independently.Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in financial services preferred.Experience in lead generation and online marketing preferred.Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).XYZ is more than just a place to work.
