Our first project is the AAA mobile hit Call of Duty: Mobile, which generated over $1 billion in consumer spending in 2021. Your ProfileAs Senior Product Manager: Growth, you are responsible for driving active user growth for Call of Duty: Mobile through non-gameplay product improvements. You will work with analysts and researchers to get a deep understanding of the main drivers behind changes in the number of active users and their engagement with the game. You'll use these insights to craft and prioritize non-gameplay strategies and solutions to drive active user growth, such as optimizing the experience for new and lapsed players coming into the game, improving the experience for getting new content onto players' devices, and identifying improvements for other systems that can help improve retention. You will report to the Director of Product, who leads the Call of Duty: Mobile product team.Main MissionImprove our frameworks for how we think about the main drivers behind user growthDiagnose high-level factors behind active user trends, by partnering with analysts and researchers, and by digging into dashboards and dataUse learnings to recommend and prioritize product improvements to improve active user trendsPartner with our development team at Tencent to define our roadmap for growth features and implement solutionsMonitor impact of product changes and recommend iterative improvementsMinimum Requirements5+ years experience in product management or similar rolesExperience creating new or improved product features that drive business outcomesAble to clearly synthesize insights from analysis and research to diagnose root causes of problemsStrong structured and critical thinking skills, able to craft a clear and well prioritized strategy and roadmapStrong analytical skills and ability to dig into data to uncover insights, experience with analytical tools like SQL and Tableau preferredExperience designing and running A/B testsExcellent communication skills and ability to influence othersWe love hearing from anyone who is enthusiastic about changing the games industry.
