GoodRx is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account
Manager to join the Manufacturer Solutions team and report to the
Director of Account Services. - This individual will have a passion
for digital healthcare and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
They will help build meaningful, long-lasting relationships and be
focused on delivering exceptional client service to pharmaceutical
manufacturer partners, and their business constituents, via
GoodRx.com. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and help
move the business forward with their initiative and sharp attention
to detail. - The role will support the Manufacturer Solutions sales
team, focused on building a loyal fan base of clients as we work to
better serve patients and healthcare providers. This position will
require occasional travel. - Responsibilities: --- Develop a
thorough understanding of GoodRx products and service offerings for
pharmaceutical manufacturers --- Act as the main point of contact
in all matters relating to client/agency objectives, concerns and
needs --- Understand and communicate ROI metrics to drive client
satisfaction --- Maintain accurate client records, including
program performance reports, contract updates and renewals --- Work
closely with sales and internal stakeholders to ensure timely
development and delivery of client programs and overall event
success --- Collaborate with the sales team to identify performance
trends, upsell, and generate growth opportunities --- Extract
insights and recommendations from analyses to drive awareness,
access and adherence among target audiences --- Assist with ad hoc
requests and additional assignments as needed - Skills &
Qualifications: ---3-5 years of professional experience as an
account manager in pharma, healthtech, digital media, or relevant
role --- Proven team player with a positive attitude who adapts
easily to a fast-paced, high-growth and external-facing environment
--- Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship
management skills, and sharp attention to detail --- Analytical
problem solver with a strong work ethic who can work independently
and collaboratively --- Proficient with CRM software, MS Office
Suite, and project management software --- The willingness and
