Summary of PositionThe Worldwide Television Creative Marketing
group is looking for a talented Project Manager to join the team.
This position requires an individual with strong organizational
skills and an ability to multi-task for a high volume of projects.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a
proactive attitude, a keen eye for detail and who is ready to jump
in and hit the ground running. This role will manage projects for
the print and digital Creative team and will track, organize, and
deliver creative marketing assets in support of the International
Sales and TV Development teams. This position will report directly
to the VP, Project Management in Creative
Marketing.Responsibilities Track creative deadlines and manage
incoming flow of requests Oversee projects from kickoff to final
delivery Work with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure all requests
contain complete and usable information Provide clear and timely
project status updates to Creative and Marketing teams Ensure
project statuses are up to date in project management system Stay
aware of project milestones and deadlines, and communicate changes
to the team Track down missing or ambiguous information Work
directly with internal designers and external agencies to share
feedback, review materials, and ensure notes are addressed Manage
large- and small-scale rebranding projects for marketing
initiatives Manage projects for in-channel and in-platform digital
creative materials Assess and adjust current processes to improve
workflow efficiencies Manage creation of marketing materials for
international and domestic sales events Qualifications and Skills
4-5 years of experience working with creative project workflows
Very strong communication and organization skills Able to
multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment Works well under pressure, while maintaining a positive
outlook and "can-do" attitude Experience with project management
software (i.e. Basecamp, Monday.com, Asana, etc.) A meaningful
interest in TV Creative Marketing is a must A college degree is
required Nice to Haves Experience with print design and knowledge
of Adobe Creative Suite Experience with asset management About the
