About the Role

GoodRx is looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader to join the Manufacturer Solutions team and report to the Head of Operations.

This individual will have a passion for digital healthcare and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. They will help build meaningful, long-lasting client partnerships and be focused on mentoring and leading a team of Account Managers whose focus is to deliver exceptional client service to pharmaceutical manufacturer partners, and their business constituents, via GoodRx.com. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and help move the business forward with their initiative and sharp attention to detail. - Their effective leadership will foster an environment focused on excellence, client loyalty and cross functional teamwork.
The role will support the Manufacturer Solutions commercial team, focused on building a loyal fan base of clients as we work to better serve patients and healthcare providers. - This position will require occasional travel.

--- - - - - - - Develop a thorough understanding of GoodRx products and service offerings for pharmaceutical manufacturers
--- - - - - - - Drive team in effective and timely implementation of all new customer engagements
--- - - - - - - Act as a main point of contact in all matters relating to client/agency objectives, concerns and needs
--- - - - - - - Assist in developing and delivering quarterly business reviews
--- - - - - - - Collaborate on creating training materials and guides
--- - - - - - - Own key relationships with top tier accounts
--- - - - - - - Bring voice of customer feedback to product strategy and roadmap
--- - - - - - - Understand and develop ROI metrics to drive client satisfaction
--- - - - - - - Apply corporate mission and goals to team member specific tasks, KPIs and deliverables
--- - - - - - - Enable and promote cross-functional teamwork focused on outcomes
--- - - - - - - Collaborate with the sales team to identify performance trends, upsell, and generate growth opportunities within key accounts
--- - - - - - - Extract insights and recommendations from analyses to drive awareness, access and adherence among target audiences
--- - - - - - - Assist with ad hoc requests and additional assignments as needed

Skills & Qualifications:
--- - - - - - - 1-3 years of professional experience as a leader within customer success
--- - - - - - - 2-5 years of professional experience in pharma, healthtech, or relevant role dealing in the patient support or access areas of healthcare
--- - - - - - - Proven team player with a positive attitude who adapts easily to a fast-paced, high-growth and external-facing environment
--- - - - - - - Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detail
--- - - - - - - Analytical problem solver with a strong work ethic who can work independently and collaboratively
--- - - - - - - Proficient with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and project management software
--- - - - - - - The willingness and ability to learn new platforms quickly -
