You will be part of a key team of professionals who apply scientific, business and human-centered innovation to products, ecosystems and solutionsResponsibilities --- Manage software products and prototype creation processes, support all life cycle stages from ideation to client delivery--- Provide creative and technology expertise to ensure maximum deliverable value and client satisfaction.--- Partner with key stakeholders to align business and technical strategies and roadmaps to drive client experience/success--- Identify potential clients that align with the company's core competencies; help develop a network of key players in the industry; proactively identify new business opportunities.--- Ensure all development and/or technology practices adhere to company business protocols and security requirements.--- Mentor members of the software development teams, with a focus on continued skills development and education.Qualifications:--- Demonstrated expertise to assess creative concepts and clearly communicate tech focused creative direction to others--- Proven success in leading teams, both strategically and in the day-to-day--- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required--- 5+ years of experience in a software development related and/or new business field/company--- 3+ years of experience with medium- to large-scale Cloud-based projects required--- Excellent grasp of enterprise architecture, Web Technologies, and Fullstack Development--- In-depth knowledge of U.S. certification processes, security requirements and standards--- Ability to serve as a collaborative and effective partner with business unit executives; ability to influence decisions across function.--- History of strong leadership focused on a collaborative, results-driven culture--- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills--- Views challenges as opportunities--- An entrepreneurial spirit, flexible and quick to grasp new topics and strong willingness to drive real innovation.--- Dedicated to creating a culture of pioneering spirit, creativity, quality, and excellenceYou can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
