Position: Sr. Manager, CRM & Retention

Ecommerce, D2C client is seeking a Sr. Manager, CRM & Retention to
join their growing marketing team!
Sr. Manager, CRM & Retention Duties:
Define the retention strategy, roadmap and ongoing seasonal
Continually refine the vision, strategy and roadmap for loyalty
Work with merchants to understand the unique needs of business
units to inform the product strategy connected to loyalty, CRM,
email and SMS
Build and maintain an eco-system of triggered customer journeys
that are tailored around the individual.
Own A/B and multi-variate testing, cadence and results
Partner with a cross-functional team across product, IT, creative,
merchandising, finance, data science and external vendors to
execute the against the companys retention goals
Identify appropriate engagement and retention metrics and develop a
reporting framework to measure the success of our efforts.
5+ years experience
Experience In Retail/fashion, Beauty Or Cpg In Ecommerce
Recent SFMC experience, preferrably within the last 2-3 years
Experience With Using SMS And Other Communication Channels.
Experience with launching and/or overseeing a successful Loyalty
Experience with CRM tools and using it to create various retention
Experience with metrics and modeling CLTV, Churn Rate, and Orders
Experience driving growth through Recency, Frequency, and Monetary
Proficient in Tableau and Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing
Cloud preferred. Open to other ESPs. Experience using Swell or
another similar loyalty platform.
