Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, analytical, strategic Marketing
Director to lead HYBE Labels America (HLA) Marketing team. In an
ever changing music and content industry, you will be establishing
marketing strategies that focus on opportunities to discover new
growth strategies for HLA artists and content. You will be
responsible for creative ways to further engage with artists to
build connections with their fans. You will have the opportunity to
develop comprehensive go-to-market artist marketing and fan
engagement strategies based on analytics and insights.Who we

Accountabilities] Artist/Label Marketing
- Establish mid and long term goals for artist marketing
strategies: core target markets, competitive target
- Manage all aspects of artist and label marketing initiatives
from conception to completion
- Oversee new market entry strategy and planning
- Oversee album promotion planning and operations
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and marketing
resources
- Create innovative and compelling music and artist
campaignsFandom Development
- Develop fan communication strategy to create an authentic and
comprehensive artist-fan engagement aligned to artist values and
company goals.
- Ideate and develop engaging content that resonates and builds
connections with fans.
- Audience segmentation strategy for fan acquisition, retention,
and prospectingResearch & Analytics
- Monitor and analysis of artist and music promotion
- Research and analyze fan engagement and fandom development
- Establish effective measurement framework and benchmark
setting
- Establish, track, and measure KPI aligned to artist and company
goals, objectives.[Qualifications - Required]
- 5-10+ years marketing experience in entertainment, brand,
marketing experience
- Experience building, operating and executing large scale
marketing programs
- Experience using data, analytics, and insights to measure
effectiveness, reach, and impact
- Strong communication and presentation skills across a diverse
group of stakeholders.[Qualifications - Preferred/Optional]
- Developing and executing music and album release campaigns
- Experience in audience segmentation and development in
music/entertainment industry
- Expertise across all digital platforms and channels pertaining
to music and entertainment
- Expertise in music, culture industry and Gen Z/Alpha consumer
market
- Passion and working knowledge in K-Pop and/or fandom[Work
environment]
- Working hours can vary depending on the project schedules
- Exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise
levels
