About the Role
At 'The Roku Channel', we believe that contextually relevant and
personalized content experiences help users find the most enjoyable
content to stream. Currently, most of our UI experiences are
powered by ML Personalized Recommendations. We have demonstrated
that personalization drives a significant lift in user engagement
and retention via AB testing. As we accelerate our efforts to take
these personalized experiences to the next level, we are looking
for a Product leader to help drive it. The role requires an AI/

personalization features, think at Roku scale, and execute in a
highly iterative Data science/ML-driven feature development
framework. The ideal candidate will be data fluent, familiar with

pre-alignment on content metadata, tooling needs, AB testing plan,
GTM plan, and acceptance criteria (quality and KPIs). Once the
roadmap is finalized, the candidate will drive grooming, planning,
prioritization, development, and release of crucial Recommendations
features and functionality. The role requires managing the entire

fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's
success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with
people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and
who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We

We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of
ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part
idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real
until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for
action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has
served us well since 2002.
