We offer you the opportunity to delight millions of TV streamers worldwide while gaining meaningful experience across various disciplines.About The RoleRoku is seeking an experienced Contract Systems and Operations Manager to lead and build the Contract Systems and Operations function within the Legal team. This role is key to improving the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the Legal team and the Company as it continues to grow and scale.What You'll Be Doing

  • Working cross-functionally to scope, implement and maintain the Company's contract management-related systems, policies and processes
  • Working cross-functionally to identify and implement contract management system and process improvements (with an eye to automation) and to develop operational playbooks
  • Partnering with Enterprise Engineering and business stakeholders to develop and maintain a contracts management technology roadmap based on business direction and priorities
  • Overseeing work with cross-functional teams to support internal controls and compliance with contract management policies and processes
  • Managing cross-functional processes and system integration impacts
  • Overseeing the creation, updating, and management of contract management documentation, including process instructions, standard operating procedures, and training documents
  • Implementing training on contracts management systems and policies
  • Managing the creation, automation and maintenance of template/form contracts
  • Managing contract records to facilitate organization, recordkeeping, contract lifecycles and reporting
  • Designing and implementing a contract management playbook for merger and acquisitions
  • Partnering with others in the Legal team and business owners to integrate legacy contracts into the Company's contract management systems and tools
  • Partnering with individual contributors and senior executives on requests and priorities
  • Scaling the Contract Systems and Operations function as Roku continues to growWe're excited if you have
    • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience working with large or mid-sized in-house legal departments developing, implementing and maintaining contract management policies and systems
    • Experience leading and building a Contract Systems and Operations team while also being a team-player with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional role
    • Experience working with contracts management software (Ironclad preferred) as well as other SaaS products such as Salesforce, Box and SharePoint
    • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing effective organizational skills to prioritize and manage deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects for multiple stakeholders
    • Excellent judgment, discretion, interpersonal skills and highly team-oriented
    • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
