As a non-acute care video marketing manager, you will be responsible for our video camera portfolio that is being sold primarily through our Urology / Gynecology and Head & Neck Sales Forces into clinics, private physician offices and ambulatory surgery centers.
You will develop and deploy strategies & effective communication content including Social Media to grow sales, profit and market share of our non-acute care video portfolio. This requires you to partner with Sales, Marketing and customers for a thorough market understanding and relevant procedural and technology trends.
You have a desire to work on a technically sophisticated product portfolio and help contributing to a customer's & patient's clinical, operational & financial experience.

This position is responsible for:

Marketing Understanding - customer meeds and portfolio positioning

Competitive positioning - reseach & analyze competitive profolios & positioning

Digital strategy - Create annual communication plan for Social Media, determine, develop & execute digital marketing strategies, participate in Search Engine Optimization

Education - Design & conduct training of Sales & Marketing in collaboration with the Training & Sales Enable department

Organizational Collaboration - Collaborate on customer presentations, p artner with the sales organization on content development and c ross-functional internal communication & collaboration


Market Understanding

  • In depth understanding of customers' needs, including various buyer personas
  • Working knowledge of 3 rd party market data sources and ability to translate to Market Share estimations and market potential
  • Ability to research, understand and analyze competitive portfolios & trends
  • Awareness and investment in Technology Trends in the outpatient [ASC, Clinic, Physician Office] room setting

    Collaborates cross functionally
    • Ability to work collaboratively across all US corporate functions, including Enterprise Sales & Service, Revenue Operations, other Marketing Specialties, Medical Affairs and more.
    • Ability to work strategically with the Sales Organization to understand our internal-customer needs and also be acutely in tune to the Customer needs
    • Ability to work effectively with the Global Marketing and Product Management/Development organizations related to global campaigns, roadmap planning, etc.

      • Develop Product Launch Strategies
      • Collateral & Content Development including tools, presentations, reference guides, launch materials, etc.
      • Partnership with US Integrated Marketing Communication as well as Global marketing

        Qualifications & Key Selection Criteria

        Work Experience
        • Requires at least 3-5 years relevant Medical Device marketing experience
        • Aptitude with a Technical Portfolio
        • Experience in social media strategy responsibility
        • Comfort in ambiguous or high stress situations
        • Track record of working collaboratively in a matrixed environment
        • Proven track record of successful portfolio results
        • Knowledge and experience in technical market segments preferred

            • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Technical related with Marketing experience, MBA preferred
            • 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in the medical device marketing industry
