experience across various disciplines. About The Role Roku---s
Editorial and Content Merchandising team is seeking a highly
collaborative, data-driven self starter to advance Roku---s on
device SVOD user experience. This role will work on exciting
content and product launches aimed at driving discovery,
acquisition and engagement across 50 Premium Subscription Channels.
This individual will partner closely with Product, Engineering,
Partnerships, Marketing and Operations to develop scalable
solutions to create an amazing user experience and further grow the
Premium Subscriptions business on The Roku Channel. The ideal
candidate for this role should be organized, data-driven, with a
passion for content and a strong track record of working
cross-functionally to launch and scale products. You should enjoy
working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in a highly
competitive marketplace and have a track record of solid
insight-driven strategy. Previous product and/or programming
experience, in additional to people management are a bonus. Lastly,
the ideal candidate would have SVOD and/or premium content
programming experience. What You'll Be Doing:? Day-to-day
management of high priority product initiatives for the Premium
Subscriptions editorial and merchandising team Partnering
cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations
on the on-device experience and business roadmap for Premium
Subscriptions on The Roku Channel Data analytics to optimize
performance and make recommendations on new features / tools
End-to-end management of a portfolio of content projects, including
partnering on and/or owning design sprints, feature guides, content
programming, testing, launch and reporting Building short term and
long-term editorial strategy around product and tooling roadmaps? ?

content including movies, TV shows and live content? Experience
working with Technical and Business teams on launching new
consumer-facing products Highly organized and a strong, clear
communicator, comfortable with making recommendations to executive
audiences Comfort with content analytics and making data-driven
decisions. Experience in technology and CMS platforms People
management experience Passion for content and tested solid
editorial judgement An adaptable and positive attitude Thrives with
