Candidates must have strong skills in social management, creation and curation, strategic marketing content, performance tracking, online engagement, project management, and internal team communication. Our ideal candidate is ready to onboard swiftly to build engaging audiences the brand.
The Social Media and Content Manager position will report to the Head of Marketing. Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage Granted's social and site content (landing pages, social media pages, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Craft, curate, publish and manage social media content focused on everything from creating and writing copy to leading graphic design requests for both rapid response and long-term campaigns
  • Track and analyze data metrics for performance improvements and weekly KPI reporting
  • Contribute to and implement digital content and engagement strategy based on the organization's campaign goals and emerging opportunities
  • Align all content and engagement efforts with Granted's brand narrative, personality, and tone, while helping to develop a fresh range of voices for different venues and purposes
  • Consistently deploy content marketing and social media activation best practices, leveraging new and emerging platforms, tools, trends, and partnerships
  • Create and Manage content calendars that implement evergreen, engaging, and promotional content
  • Research and test new channels for the brands including TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, etc.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and apply them to applicable campaigns
  • Manage all external communications to followers and customers writing into social pages
  • Research and connect with content creators that could serve as affiliate marketing partners and brand ambassadors

  • What You Will Need
    • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, content management, or strategic marketing
    • A proven track record working with and growing established social media brands
    • Clear knowledge and understanding of social media trends as well as paid and organic social strategy
    • A passion for music and the events industry
    • An ability to organize quantitative and qualitative data and apply it to marketing strategies for each channel
    • Experience in working with content creators and influencers
    • Analytical mindset with a team player mentality
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
