SR. COMMUNITY MANAGER. 100% remote - is the world's first Customer Intelligence Platform (CIP) and was built by an experienced group of industry leaders. Our proprietary technology provides predictive, prescriptive, and personalized customer insights and recommended actions. Customer teams can subsequently take the right actions to prevent churn, increase expansion opportunities, and align the entire organization around delivering amazing, personalized customer outcomes.

Join our core team of sales professionals, demand degeneration specialists, content creators, product leaders, and AI engineers to create, launch, and market a new platform, This is a remote role located anywhere in the US; however, the majority of collaboration happens during West coast hours.

We are looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned Sr. Community Manager, with B2B and SaaS experience to drive the Customer Intelligence Movement! You will be an evangelist of focused on planning, building, and leading online and live content strategies focused on activating community participation across prospect and customer teams.

You will own all public and private community programs and operations, create content strategies in partnership with our Marketing, Product, Sales, and CS teams, track and report on key engagement metrics, and define strategies for increased participation and adoption.

This role reports to the Chief Strategy and Customer Officer and is a great opportunity for someone looking to define and execute a holistic community strategy at a fast-growing enterprise software startup.

What You'll Do:
Define, build and launch online and live community programs
Partner with Marketing and other x-functional teams to identify and create content
Moderate and innovate the online community platform
Organize and execute events and content that connect the Customer Intelligence community to experts, resources, and each other
Represent in Slack industry groups and online forums
Contribute to's social media accounts
Interview community members 1:1 to understand what is top of mind for them and how can help them
Keep a pulse on what's top of mind for the community, and communicate with internal content teams to produce relevant and timely content
Leverage data to measure the effectiveness of our community and use this information to iterate and evolve future initiatives.
Build and continuously contribute to the company's Knowledge Base (KB) to keep content up to date and fresh as new features and capabilities are released
Work closely with Marketing to create user-generated content (UGC), case studies, whitepapers, benchmarking studies, testimonials, and other social proof from existing and new customers
Help build and manage the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) - build strong relationships with senior-level leaders, create CAB structure, meetings and events via the community

What You'll Need:
BA in communications, marketing, PR, or related field
4+ years of community, content management, and/or scaled program management experience
2+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS organizations
You know how to talk to Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Operations and like professionals and stay on top of trends
You are an active relationship builder who loves to collaborate with other teams, colleagues, and community members
You love interacting with people, but you're also results-oriented and data-driven
You have a way with words and can write copy that's engaging and on-brand
You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
