We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Santa Monica
office.In this role you will be managing our strategic clients and
brands with emphasis on growth and retention.
Founded in 2007, Media Force is a group of ad-technology and
product experts operating a private marketplace capable of massive
scale, reach and speed. With a focus on performance, we are a
diverse team with experience in mobile app installs,
lead-generation, e-commerce, media optimization and content.
- Day to day point of contact for all client tasks including
accounting, tracking, creatives, compliance, and pricing.
- Initiate -regular performance analysis and escalate business
growth findings to all the cross functional teams
- Educate clients on products as well as campaign optimization
strategies to drive growth.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven
business insights and at the same time, use those insights to
improve our advertising offerings.
- Investigate and work directly with product, media and
engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a

- Work closely with operations team including onboarding, billing
and tracking. -Qualifications:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in account management/client
services roles in digital marketing or Ad:Tech.
- Experience in managing performance advertisers with a deep
understanding of their challenges.
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in
excel, SQL is a plus.
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
