The needs of our customers are increasingly diverse and we strive to acquire developers with matching skill sets and experience. As we scale, building a strong community is vital to our success and competitive advantage.As part of Turing's Developer Community team, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing a global, cross-functional strategy that inspires deeper relationships, brand affinity, and advocacy among developers with Turing. You will build momentum behind the Turing brand through stronger connections with developers. This role is critical to building an outstanding community where all Turing developers can engage, grow, and thrive while being evangelists of our brand. We want Turing to be the best company for global remote developers!You will work in partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success/Support, and Marketing to engage the Turing developer community and drive business impact. You will own program measurement, reporting, and analysis, recommend program enhancements, and drive continuous improvement to continually raise the bar on our community experience and program results. Most importantly, you will be part of a global team that will scale as we build a multi-billion dollar company!Responsibilities:Understand the unique needs and values of our Turing developer communityDeveloper acquisition; understanding of talent pools in local geographies.Brainstorm creative ideas for programs that address those needs; assess the feasibility, define budgets and implement programs.Metric driven approach and tying it back to business goals such as talent retention, cost of acquisition, etc.Systematic approach to designing programs, running pilots and scaling them.Partnering with the Product team to develop software solutions and build tools to improve community engagement.Continue evolving programs as needed to ensure they remain relevant to talent and continue to deliver positive ROI on investmentBe an evangelist for Turing developer community; participate in external events, support blogs/articles/PR/marketing effortsLaunch strategic partnerships to further our cause (e.g. upskill, mentorship, young developers, career growth, etc.)Skills:3+ years of progressive experience in community building/managementExperience with leading and scaling community programs, platforms, toolsGreat at encouraging and forming relationships at scale, especially with technical audiences and winning trustGreat communicator with high emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with technical audiences, understand their needs, and deliver programs that solve those needs.Has successfully served as a conduit between company and community, and can discover ways to serve bothExperience in project and program managementExperience speaking and participating in public forums and eventBenefits:Competitive market-based salary.Remote working, Global exposureApply for this jobCareers Powered by VentureLoop - Portfolio Company Sign In
