Join us in our mission!We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Director, Organization Development in our Southern California office who will demonstrate the ability to help mature and evolve the Learning and Development practice across domestic and international sites.-- In this role, you will help architect a forward-looking Employee Experience strategy with an emphasis on Inclusion & Diversity, leadership culture as well as serve as a culture change advocate.-- In addition, you will demonstrate the ability to partner with other Talent, Development and Inclusion peers, HR Business Partners (HRBP), as well as business leaders to continue Kite's evolution as a great place to work and employer of choice.Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Co-leads the design, development and delivery of innovative, corporate-wide Organization Development solutions which support our ability to be an employer of choice.Drives our Inclusion and Diversity action planning process, strategy and tactics to create a culture of InclusionPartners with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on talent strategy, engagement and retention plans, particularly of high potential and diverse talentPerforms culture gap analysis and identifies opportunities across the organization to partner with leadership and employees.Leads strategic HR projects ensuring cross-functional alignment.In partnership with the lead HRBPs, works across the Kite organization to design and execute organizational interventions around team development, strategy, and change to improve organizational effectiveness.Partners with Global Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Management, Coaching & Mentoring, and L&D Operations practice areas to determine and execute integration points.Conducts research on best and next practices in Learning & Organization Development and innovates to bring in or create new tools and resources.May select, manage, develop and evaluate vendors or consultantsManages evaluation practices and follow-up to determine applicability and tangible success of Organization Development solutions, as well as turns insights into action and improvements.-- Qualifications:--BA or BS degree with 12 years of experience in HR consulting and/or in-house company.-- Combination of both Fortune 500 and high growth start-up preferred.Masters in organization development/psychology, business or a related discipline is preferred with 10 years of experience.Minimum of 5 years management development experienceExperience working with employees, Employee Resource Groups and leadership alike to create and deliver on an Inclusion & Diversity agendaDemonstrated ability to understand culture and capability gaps and turn that analysis into actionable, innovative solutions.Fundamental understanding of business strategy and how to link HR initiatives to business initiatives.Proven track record of creating and implementing organization development solutions that make a difference.Excellent communication skills, highly competent presenter, able to gain credibility, engender trust and influence all levels, strong partnering skills, adaptability, bias for action and tangible results.Strong leadership skills including the ability to set a vision, lead change and mentor and coach others for growth and development.Significant breadth of knowledge of commonly used organizational development concepts, practices, and procedures.--Possess sophisticated negotiating, influencing, project management and consulting skills.Previous experience as a HR business partner or in a HR Center of Excellence a plus.Ability to follow assignments through to completion with a bias towards action and execution.Knowledge of Agile, service design, and/or design thinking preferred
