As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a critical role in
designing and optimizing production processes for large scale
satellites production systems. This position requires a deep
understanding of manufacturing principles, Lean methodologies, and
advanced industrial engineering techniques to enhance productivity,
quality, and efficiency. This position's internal job code is
Industrial Engineer. Our team is currently hiring for a level 2 and
3. Position Responsibilities: - Applies industrial engineering
concepts, approaches and techniques to product, process and
services to meet program requirements - Maintains and develops
plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, accident prevention
measures, sequencing of operations and work flows - Supports the
evaluation of new techniques and technological developments for
integration into the production process and service operations -
Designs, maintains, and optimizes the production system by
integrating design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and
personnel. Completes work flow design and analysis - Develops
moderately complex models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze
data and provides summary analysis and metrics for consultation to
leaders - Assists with research, design, development, improvement,
and implementation of processes and tools to enhance schedule
performance, lower cost, and improve quality, for large scale
systems integration and asset utilization - Provides product
assembly instructions and standardizes assembly practices. -
Prepares operations plans, includes work statement analysis,
budgeting and forecasts, capacity and constraint analysis and
production change, to ensure technical goals and objectives are met
- Supports execution planning by using project management, planning
and scheduling and shop load practices - Provides production,
supply chain logistics, performance visibility and recovery
planning support of moderate complexity. Reconciles compliance with
established industry safety, design standards and ergonomic
guidelines Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): -
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology
(including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data
Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent
qualifications directly related to the work statement - 2-5 years
of experience in an Industrial Engineering or similar role (i.e.
Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.) -
Experience in problem solving and improvement projects Experience
applying and implementing lean manufacturing principles in a
production system. - Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Six Sigma
Black Belt certification - Lean Manufacturing Certification -
Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE) or Project Management
Professional (PMP) - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and
decision-making skills - Strong communication skills with the
ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the

considerations. Summary pay range: - Level 2: $74,00 - $132,000 -
Leve 3: $89,000 - $158,000 Millennium is DDTC-registered,
ITAR-compliant Company. This position is located at a facility that
requires special access. Applicants MUST be U.S. citizens and
eligible for a security clearance. Additionally, applicants must be
willing to apply for and maintain a security clearance. We
