What You’ll Do Work one-on-one and with small groups of students in the classroom Support behavior management and reinforce positive behaviors Follow behavior plans and guidance from teachers and clinicians Set clear, age-appropriate boundaries and expectations Monitor student progress toward IEP or 504 plan goals Document and report observations and progress to the school team What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent Experience with ABA in home, facility, or school settings preferred but not required BLS certification preferred Comfort working with children and adolescents in a school environment Ability to follow direction, stay organized, and document student progress Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence in the classroom Apply now to start making a difference for students in Pasadena, CA while building your behavior health experience. *This pay range represents Covelo Group's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
