Job Description:
Our Client Our client is an award-winning Language Services
Provider (LSP) specializing in media localization and
post-production. They deliver high-quality multilingual content and
global communication solutions for major entertainment brands
worldwide. They are now seeking a General Manager to lead their Los
Angeles operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the
executive leadership team, oversee production workflows, and drive
excellence across all localization and audio services.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage a high-performing localization
and post-production team Oversee daily studio operations and ensure
project delivery excellence Build and maintain client relationships
across media and entertainment accounts Collaborate with leadership
on strategic business growth and innovation Manage budgets,
resources, and production schedules efficiently Required
Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience in media
localization Proven leadership in post-production, dubbing, or
audio workflows Previous experience as a film or media producer is
preferred Strong understanding of localization industry standards
and client expectations Due to high demand and the specialist
nature of these searches, we'll only be able to respond to
