Job Description:

and service, is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to
join our team. Located in the scenic city of Santa Barbara,
California, our dealership houses top brands such as Audi, Porsche,
BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Acura, Jaguar, and Land Rover. We are dedicated
to delivering exceptional service to our customers and maintaining
their premium vehicles to the highest standards. As an Automotive
Technician, you will play a critical role in diagnosing,
maintaining, and repairing vehicles, ensuring they meet our
rigorous quality standards. Perform work specified on maintenance
and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
standards Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including
engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking,
air conditioning, etc., to specification Provide labor and time
estimates for additional automotive repairs Explain mechanical
diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service
advisors and customers Inspect and test new vehicles and record
findings so that necessary repairs can be made Maintain a working
knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair
Conduct routine service and preventative maintenance on all vehicle
makes and models handled by the dealership Maintain and clean
service equipment and tools, and ensure a tidy working area
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues
Strong knowledge of automobiles and their service needs Excellent
problem-solving skills Effective communication skills, capable of
explaining complex issues in understandable terms Ability to
operate all necessary tools and equipment safely 401k Dental
Insurance Medical Insurance ASE Certification (Automotive Service
Excellence) Certification or familiarity with brands such as Audi,
BMW, Mercedes-Benz or similar luxury vehicles is preferred
