A company is looking for a Co-Founder.
Key Responsibilities

Build and execute growth strategies to acquire the first 100 paying customers
Launch experiments across SEO, email, social, ads, and referral loops
Collaborate on brand positioning and refine messaging for target segments

Required Qualifications

Past experience growing a B2B SaaS or HRTech startup
Deep understanding of early-stage startup marketing from zero to traction
Experience with go-to-market strategies and performance marketing
Familiarity with LinkedIn, content, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Bonus: Experience with ATS, HR tools, or marketplaces
