Project Coordinator On-site at Studio Location

Compensation: $25/hour (non-exempt)

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide DAM support for cataloging and storage of digital assets
• Provisioning and permissioning of accounts in DAM platforms
• Support both DAM and A/V Content finishing groups.
• Primarily support servicing items (print and a/v) to various departments such as promotions, publicity, int'l, etc.
  • Knowledge of file types
  • Liaise with vendors to track down elements and package them for delivery for use or further manipulation and versioning downstream
  • Work closely with A/V and Print teams to prepare international generic material at the same time as domestic...gather AE collects, scripts, cue sheets, etc. to service to the international markets
  • General reporting and administrative duties as needed
    Requirements
    
    • BA degree or 3 years related experience.
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
    • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, and order processing.
    • Two years' experience working with clients in the entertainment industry
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail with ability to interpret delivery schedules and timelines
    • Flexibility to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
