The Role - This is an incredible opportunity to build and scale paid social marketing efforts at one of the fastest growing companies in the healthtech space. - You would formulate and execute on the overall media strategy on the video channels (Youtube, DV360, Google display & relevant DSPs) and social channels (inc. but not limited to FB, IG, LinkedIn etc.) on full funnel awareness and conversion goals for the business This role would directly report into Director, Digital Marketing and you would also work closely with key partners across creative, analytics, and website to execute on the testing/experimentation roadmap and drive results. Responsibilities
    • End-to-end channel ownership including strategy, tracking/measurement, reporting, and optimization of all programmatic & paid social channels and deliver to new user growth
    • Proactively identify and action on channel optimization and growth opportunities and deliver accelerated growth on the social channels at an efficient CAC
    • Design and execute an always-on testing process that establishes a test roadmap, hypotheses, and actionable insights that lead to campaign optimization and iteration -
    • Formulate the experimentation roadmap for the social channel and execute on A/B and incrementality tests across audience, creative -
    • Collaborate closely with the creative team to formulate and execute creative experimentation tests to enhance user engagement and trials
    • Monitors the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and suggest/execute tests to drive business growth Desired Skills & Experience
      • 4+ years of B2C or SMB acquisition marketing with deep experience across paid social and programmatic display channels
      • Hands on expertise in managing paid campaigns on video platforms & social media platforms such as DV360, Google ads, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. as well as website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
      • Proven track record of driving data-driven customer growth
      • Experience managing marketing budgets upwards of $1M+ annually and optimizing the full funnel
      • Hand on expertise in driving results across social & video tactics across key platforms such as DV360, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
      • Hands on experience in procuring, testing, & evaluating audiences -across key platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
      • Experience in crafting multi-touch / full funnel video based performance marketing campaigns -
      • Strong quantitative skills to analyze and synthesize raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
