This group works with the world's leading brands, merging marketing and entertainment. The ideal candidate is ambitious for a progressive career in branding and marketing, with a passion for entertainment and culture. The Associate will be responsible for administrative support, with opportunities to contribute to the growth of the division (research, ideation, presentations, pitching, etc.).Required Competencies/Skills:--- 1-2 years of work experience, ideally in Talent, Endorsements or Brand Marketing--- General administrative duties including managing calendars, meeting prep, and submitting expenses--- Creating decks for pitches and creative brainstorming--- Interacting with clients and executives--- Track and meticulously maintain Excel grids and execute excellent follow-up and follow through--- Proficient using presentation software (Keynote, Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint)--- Assist with special projects, client research, and compiling information as needed--- Submit projects to accounting and assist with payment follow-up--- Highly organized, works well under pressure, can meet tight deadlines--- Excellent interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining a strict level of confidentiality--- Resourceful in finding information and problem solving--- Well versed in pop culture--- Bachelor's degree
