GoodRx is looking for an operations specialist to support an expanding team executing on newer marketing initiatives and business development. We are seeking a highly communicative, creative, and eager-to-learn individual to help us strengthen GoodRx's growth efforts.

A successful candidate will be able to multitask across daily operational work, optimization efforts and sales support. You will work closely with other teams to manage partnerships and ensure campaigns are running efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who might want to expand their product marketing experience and specialize in lead generation & monetization. Ideal candidates will feel comfortable working on new initiatives without fear and be able to think analytically providing data insights.

This individual will report to the Product Marketing Manager (Manager, Lead Monetization) and will focus on supporting the development of our lead monetization channel.


* Manage daily and ROAS reporting to provide data insights
* Support the team by providing campaign maintenance and tracking performance
* Develop acquisition and revenue initiative test plans
* Execute on A/B testing ad creatives, landing pages and ROI tactics
* Work cross-functionally with other departments
* Partner with Manufacturing Solutions Team and lead partner goals + business KPIs
* Establish and track metrics to perform detailed analysis of campaigns

Skills & Responsibilities:

* 2+ years of experience working in digital marketing with a focus on performance targets.
* Highly detailed and organized self-starter with an aggressive growth mindset.
* Ability to think critically across marketing tactics, translating wins to the broader team and solve opportunities in other areas.
* Experience supporting or running digital marketing campaigns with a focus on performance targets.
* Strong analytical skills and experience working in performance-based companies.
* Proven track record in supporting a team and taking ownership of new tasks.
* A good understanding of excel, pivot tables, formulas and manipulating data to see clear trends.
* Flexible self-starter with attention to detail who can work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects at once.
* Ad Operations, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical experience, a plus.
