    What impact will you have?
    • You will help bring our social presence to life
      What will you be responsible for?
      • Lead the strategy and execution of Autonomy's owned branded social media channels as well as oversee the strategy and execution of its influencer marketing programs
      • Own the end-to-end social strategy for the owned brand channels, scaling our social presence and fostering both follower growth and engagement
      • Manage the social media presence of our company and its business units across various platforms including, but not limited to, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeDevelop a social content strategy and calendar that highlights key messaging and year-round storytelling
      • Work with internal and external production teams to deliver creative assets developed for our owned corporate social media channels
      • Identify emerging trends (content formats and subject matter) leveraging the latest tech across channels
      • Lead social listening for brand safety, support issues management, customer experience challenges and to identify opportunities to improve our messaging - delivering reports when needed
      • Work cross-functionally across broader cross functional teams to execute campaigns and programs, driving excitement for key product/service launches, and community building experiences
      • Set, track, analyze and report on content performance metrics to inform internal stakeholders and drive continuous improvement and innovation
      • Partner with legal for contracting and negotiations of influencer deals
      • Work closely with internal partners and licensees to develop and execute influencer programs that ladder up into larger brand strategies
      • Strategically identify influencers for brand campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs
      • Manage influencer campaigns, including casting, creative concepting, briefing, content approvals, and recapping
      • Manage execution of large-scale influencer giftings, including concepting seeding kits, managing lists and overseeing gifting fulfillment
      • Track and manage usage rights for influencer UGC used in paid social
      • Nurture influencer relationships and regularly identify and develop new relationships within the digital influencer community (content creators, platforms, agencies, managers, etc.)
        Who will be successful in this role?
        • 5-7 years of experience managing social media for a direct-to-consumer brand (agency and client side preferred)
        • Avid user of social media channels with deep knowledge and expertise around each of the social media channels and the type of content that resonates within that platform for the target audience
        • Is a doer with a strong sense of urgency and knows how to propel the vision for social forward and implement a best in class social and influencer practice
        • Strong creative instincts- ability to write copy, an eye for aesthetics and branding
        • Ability to collaborate with a creative team and project manage projects in order to produce high quality, high engaging content and have it ready in a timely manner
        • Highly creative content creator and is passionate about testing and learning and launching engaging social media content. They understand how to keep messaging and content on brand while creating fun and creative content that challenges the status quo and engages corporate stakeholders
        • Understands influencer marketing and how to build partnerships with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement
        • Strong experience with Adobe Suite, Lightroom, various Instagram filter tools and knowledge to create high quality photo/video capabilities are a major plus as well as experience with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sproutsocial, etc.)
