The Role:
Roku's Engagement Growth Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Associate who will assist in the creation and execution of content marketing initiatives geared towards driving acquisition and engagement campaigns for Premium Subscriptions on The Roku Channel. The Marketing Associate will primarily work in creating and routing assets and imagery for marketing needs with our SVOD partners. This role is highly collaborative, cross functional, and requires keen eye for design. The associate should enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in a highly competitive marketplace and be highly organized. The ideal candidate should have previous marketing experience, preferably in an entertainment, tech, or marketing role and have exceptional attention to detail. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Day-to-day management of creative assets including partner art and video for the Premium Subscriptions marketing team, including organizing creative requests, project managing with internal creative teams, and securing partner approvals
  • Work cross-functionally with other groups including Creative, Editorial, Partner Growth, and external PS partners
  • Assisting Marketing Managers to plan and execute acquisition and engagement campaigns for SVOD/Premium Subscription partner tentpoles across Roku eco-system
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels (i.e., display, email, social, video, web, etc.) that drive premium channel subscriptions
  • Manage a variety of content projects from optimizing high-performing creative and streamlining workflows to developing presentations and reports
  • Collaborate with media team to traffic assets in a timely manner
  • Ensure all marketing and editorial assets are kept current and routinely updated

    We are excited if you have:

    • 3+ years' marketing experience in the digital media space, preferably in an external facing role
    • Familiarity with SVOD and streaming services with a passion for entertainment
    • Experience working with creative teams and managing timelines
    • An adaptable and positive attitude with clear communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
    • A creative eye with a strong sense for visual design
    • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while maintaining Roku's exceptionally high-quality bar
