Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Sr. Marketing Data Analyst who will leverage consumer insights / data to visualize and optimize sales, marketing and finance initiatives. You will also measure the efficacy of online / offline direct response acquisition / retention tests, create forecasts, and present results; support marketing channels (direct response TV, web, telemarketing, direct mail, and partnerships); drive improvements to insight presentations with data dashboards that incorporate new products / markets; partner and conduct quantitative analysis with cross-functional teams to make strategic and financial decisions; identify opportunities and recommend improvements for test and campaign performance; interpret website analytics and raw data to inform best-in-class user experience and performance; manage Adobe Analytics and multi-touch attribution vendor setups / portals to ensure data integrity; present measured recommendations for: acquisition / retention offers, cost structures, new product development, media spend, and cost efficiencies; analyze, track and report front-end performance, breakeven analysis of campaigns, pro-form P&Ls, and A/B tests; run SQL queries for data visuals; along with other duties.
Requirements ---

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Business Administration, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Finance or other related focus, preferred
  • 5+ years experience analyzing and presenting performance-tracking information, developing insights, and making recommendations from various datasets including digital, retail and TV to support business initiatives, required
  • 3+ years experience in Adobe Analytics required
  • 3+ years experience working with business teams to create Tableau or PowerBI dashboards and visualizations required
  • Expert proficiency in Excel, including Solver, macros, and database functions, and firm grasp of Microsoft suite required
  • Ability to work independently with an uncompromising level of detail, strong attention to follow-through, and the ability to prioritize and execute many tasks while meeting strict deadlines, required
  • Proficiency in SQL, and experience in Monetate/Kibo testing platform preferred
  • Understanding of finance and web testing processes a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships with internal departments and consistently demonstrate high standards of integrity and professional conduct
  • Ability to work in a team environment, delivering requests on-time and with precision and presented in a clear, concise and confident manner
