DescriptionUnder direct supervision of the AMN Med Surg/Telemetry Overflow nurse manager,assist patient with admission procedure, during transfer procedure, withdischarge procedure; provide for patients' personal hygiene; assist withpatients' excretory needs, meals and in providing for patient safety andcomfort measures. Provide clerical support to the Administrative Nurse of thedesignated unit. Salary range: $27.99-$27.99 HourlyQualificationsWe're seeking ahighly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with: * CNA Certification required. * BLS from theAmerican Red Cross or American Heart Association required. * Ability to pass an8 hour computer data entry training course. * Ability to performall physical requirements pertaining to delegated nursing, PT/OT, and RTassisted tasks. * Understanding ofbasic medical terminology and abbreviations, preferred. * Recent ward clerkand/or appropriate clerical experience in an acute hospital environment. * Skill in evaluatingand reporting various kinds of emergent information pertinent to thefunctioning of an inpatient care unit. * Skill inprioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely manner when there arecompeting requirements and a heavy workload.
