Development Program that is the foundation for future growth on the
APG-82 platform. Raytheon's AESA Radar Development is seeking a
motivated finance professional to join the F-15 (US Air Force)
Development Program Portfolio as a Senior Analyst, Program Cost
Controls. The selected individual will support the Domestic
Development Portfolio and will have the opportunity to collaborate
with Senior Management. You will be an integrated part of an
exciting finance team performing financial analysis / business
management functions. This position requires tactical thinking and
building positive relationships with our internal and external
customers. You will partner with the Program Manager and
CAM’s/IPTL’s and provide personal involvement in the successful
execution of the contract. Ensure that all required financial
reporting is reviewed, analyzed and submitted on time.
Responsibilities include Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
implementation, variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting,
and participation in the Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development.
What You Will Do Perform SAP Earned Value Reporting and utilize PMX
to create and maintain EV artifacts. Provide weekly cost and labor
reporting to the team. Monitor funding status and program costs to
support billings as well as customer inquiries. Participate in the
preparation of forecasts, budgets and schedules for all contract
work and perform financial analyses (SRO, AOP, LRP, baselines).
Provide financial support for Ad Hoc requests and special projects
in the greater Production portfolio. Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior
relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and less than 2 years’
experience. Experience in communicating/presenting financial
concepts, trends and variances to management. Excellent personal
computer experience including a high level of proficiency with MS
Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Experience with
modeling, creating formulas, and complex data mining using MS
Office Excel. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens
are authorized to access the financial management system due to
government contractual requirements. Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to communicate
effectively with peers and leadership. Ability to meet critical
deadlines and develop and apply innovative solutions and process
improvements. Ability to take ownership and be accountable through
individual actions and teamwork, continually working toward the
goal of improving processes and efficiency. Ability to work in a
fast-paced team environment. Ability to interface and conduct
business with various functional disciplines in program development
and execution. Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting

75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers
