FP&A AnalystSanta Monica, CAFirst year s compensation at $130k+ exceptional benefitsReporting to the CFO this is a hybrid role with 2 office days The FP&A Analyst will report to the CFO and will support all financial activity for company. The position will help in all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis including but not limited to forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling and variance analysis. This role requires significant accuracy and attention to detail. Position can lead to a Controller role in the not to distant future. Qualifications:1.Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field2.5+ years of experience in FP&A environment3.Experience running and/or participating in Merchandising margin strategy as well as forecasting and tracking results4.Analyze Product Sales and Margin data and prepare reports and analyses for management5.Review Sales and Purchase order margin data to identify exceptions prior to order commitment. Analyze and submit price exception requests from each subsidiary to management for approval.6.Assist in annual business planning and budgeting with all of the Company s business units7.Participate in preparation of reports of financial performance and business metrics/KPI s8.Thrive in a high performance, fast - paced, entrepreneurial environment
