CORPORATE CONTROLLER

National Leading Hospitality Group is searching for a Corporate Controller responsible for budgets, forecasts, analysis, accounts payable, federal, state and local tax reporting and filing, reconciliations.

Will be responsible for process improvement, audit preparation, investor relations and reporting and more....

-Prepare monthly Corporate financial statements and schedules for internal purposes.
-Prepare monthly owned real estate individual and consolidated financial statements and supplemental schedules.
-Ensure internal controls related to accounts and transactions of the company.
-Coordinate and prepare the Company's annual budget and contribute to the preparation of the separate Hotel budgets by assisting Hotel and Operations Department.
-Prepare monthly forecasts based on actual results
-Lead the Company's allocation and reimbursement to and from Hotels for worker's compensation, general liability and other insurance coverages.
-Oversee and validate all accounts, sub-ledgers and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance to budget and prior year.

Bachelor's Degree. Advanced Degree a plus.

Minimum 5 years progressive financial management experience.

Hotel or Hospitality background experience.

Strong communication and analytical skills.
