Join Our Talent Network DescriptionSenior Financial Analyst - This position works hybrid, so time is spent each week working in the office and working remotely.The Senior Financial Analyst is a member of the service area team and sits on local ministry teams to provide analytical support regarding the team's financial performance. Analyzes, understands and reports on key financial and business trends forthe organization. Collects, researches and organizes financial and operational data to create and report monthly financials, variances and trending analyses.Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years Analytical and business experience (4 years of directly related experience may substitute for the required degree).Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration.
  • 2 years Healthcare related experience.
