  • Create bottom-up financial models and detailed forecasts
  • Perform financial reporting and metrics tracking
  • Analyze financial data for decision-making supportReporting & Analysis
    • Prepare/distribute detailed monthly financial reports
    • Identify/manage all financial risks in monthly trends
    • Perform variance analysis and identify trends
    • Monitor financial resources to increase profitability
    • Measure and review cost/benefit of proposed investments
    • Calculate/report major KPIsPlanning & Forecasting
      • Coordinate data collection and data entry
      • Coordinate timings and inputs during budgeting
      • Compile individual budgets into consolidated plan
      • Support and challenges budget owners during planning
      • Drive process improvements
      • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting tools
      • Perform market research, business intelligence, and valuation compsMiscellaneous
        • Work with Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
        • Work with Accountants to review trial balances and general ledgers
        • Work with Legal on corporation structure and related issuesWho will be successful in this role?
          • 4+ years of experience
          • BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
          • Expert fluency with Excel formulas and functions building/maintaining models
          • Self-starter with problem-solving skills
          • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
          • Familiarity with data query/data management tools
