About the Role:Consumer direct-mail plays a vital role in the overall GoodRx growth strategy and is consistently a top performing marketing channel. Given past and current success, GoodRx is investing heavily to develop next-generation marketing tools to target, execute, and measure campaign performance better than ever before. The Sr. Business Analyst will help drive this development for consumer direct-mail campaigns.
The Sr. Business Analyst will own the end-to-end reporting and data optimization of direct mail campaigns, and will assist the Analytics Manager in providing insights and growth strategy recommendations to marketing executives. The Sr. Business Analyst will work closely with the consumer direct-mail team to coordinate test plans, offer strategic insight, and provide timely results reporting. This role will also work closely with our Data Science and Engineering teams to build out best-in-class, growth-oriented data architecture and marketing automation.

  • Own end-to-end campaign reporting and dashboarding (data-in/data-out)
  • Engage with Data Engineering to build out next-level data infrastructure/marketing tools
  • Ensure necessary analytics resources are provided to Consumer Direct-Mail team to maintain tight operational deadlines
  • Support planning and execution of A/B tests
  • Support audience selection strategy for new campaigns
  • Brainstorm, size, and test growth opportunities in consumer direct mail
  • Brainstorm innovative measurement and attribution strategies for new marketing initiativesSkills & Qualifications:
    • 5+ years in strategy, analytics or finance role supporting multiple stakeholders
    • Strong SQL proficiency (joins, subqueries/CTEs, case statements, cast/convert, etc.)
    • Experience building and managing executive-level performance dashboards
    • Proven ability to summarize complex concepts for executive-level stakeholders
    • Ability to independently validate large data sets
    • Strong quantitative abilities
    • Strong Excel proficiency (statistical functions, regressions, linest, etc.)
    • Power Point/Slides proficiency with linked data tables and a good eye for visual story telling
    • Proven ability to organize and interpret messy data to find insights
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skillsBonus
      • Experience in a data-oriented marketing analytics role at a high-growth tech company
      • Experience with direct mail marketing optimization
      • Familiarity with significance testing
