Job Description:
Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for a
Controller for a well-established real estate company in Santa
Monica, CA. In this role you will be responsible for:---
Responsible for all accounting activity and production of monthly
financial reports and variance analyses.--- Manage daily cash
balances, anticipate short/long-term needs and prepare cash flow
estimates.--- Lead annual budget process including retooling of
budget files and periodic forecasting.--- Ensure compliance and
required filings with lenders, cities, states and international
agencies.--- Partner with external CPA firms in the preparation of
tax returns, tax estimates and audits.--- Apprise the owner, family
members, general manager and property manager of pertinent business
activity by presenting timely and comprehensive information to
support executive business decisions.Company offers great benefits,
and a compensation to $200k. Local Applicants only as this role
